Managing shortcuts in the Operations > Run Shortcut tab

The Operations > Run Shortcut tab displays the available shortcuts for the current application. The application and your login profile determine the available shortcuts.

When you click a shortcut, Taskmaster completes one of the following options:

• If the task is a batch creation task that is completed in Taskmaster Web (such as Scan or VScan), Taskmaster displays the web page for that task.
• For other tasks, Taskmaster checks the job queue for batches that are ready for processing. If batches are available, Taskmaster either opens the highest priority available batch in the queue, or displays the job queue so you can select a batch. The action depends on the batch selection mode, which the Taskmaster administrator configures on the Administrator > Shortcuts tab.
